Editor’s Letter

In this Spring edition of Unfiltered Magazine we are celebrating and reinventing the world behind your favourite cup of coffee.

Here, the coffee is not just a brew made up of Arabica beans but it is a lifestyle entirely on its own. It is a place where we acknowledge the people who are changing the face of coffee from the moment a seed is planted, up until you’ve reaped the benefits of the pungent drink.

Unfiltered features the individuals from all over the bean belt and beyond who are redefining coffee culture and current events. How else can one consume news if not with the powerful taste and striking aroma prepared to stimulate your mind?

This edition is a special one, as we feature the empowering women who contribute to this cult. Whether it be an English lady predicting your destiny based on the grounds inside your coffee cup or a female Colombian farmer running a business from the soil up.

In such a rapidly evolving era there is only one way to learn about what is going on – without a filter and with a cuppa. So before you embark on this caffeinated adventure, would you like cream or sugar?
